Aetas Technology, Inc.

Aetas is developing a key component (the OPC loop) of color print engines based on electrophotographic (EPG) technology, a printing technique used in laser and LED printers.  The company plans to identify and ally with ODM partners who are top brand name suppliers of printers, copiers, scanners and multifunction products. The ODM partners will license Aetas’ proprietary OPC loop technology, manufacture the print engine, and market/distribute these products through their established retail channels. Aetas will earn license fees from the ODMs and also generate revenues from the sale of its consumables (e.g. toner cartridges).
