Christine Gray - Director of Operations Southern California Office As Director of Operations, Christine Gray is responsible for the administrative and office management functions of the firm. She has been with DynaFund Ventures since its launch in August 1997. Prior to DynaFund Ventures, she held the position of Director of Administration at Dynamics Technology, Inc. since 1989. She holds a B.A. degree in Liberal Arts from Northeastern University.

Dan Simon, C.P.A. – C.F.O. Southern California Office Dan Simon is the Chief Financial Officer at DynaFund. He is responsible for all financial reporting, taxes, distributions, treasury, and financial planning and analysis. Dan is also actively involved in monitoring and assisting DynaFund’s portfolio companies. Prior to joining DynaFund, Dan spent over 4 years as a Senior Accountant with Ernst & Young, LLP where his clients ranged from start-ups to Fortune 500 public companies. Dan has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with an emphasis on accounting from the University of Washington. Dan is also a licensed Certified Public Accountant.
